Having grown up in Coldstream, Craig Demetrick knows the Okanagan real estate landscape. He looks to connect his clients with the ideal property to meet their true needs. Licensed since 1992, Craig’s in-depth understanding of the North Okanagan real estate market. Craig has a busy resale practice and has represented developers in land development and new construction sales, as well as, companies in commercial and investment property transactions. Craig graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Agriculture, so he has the expertise and a passion for dealing with acreage and agricultural properties. Before his real estate career, Craig spent several years with Canada Packers, in Calgary, working in Alberta’s beef industry. When he isn’t hard at work, you’ll find Craig enjoying the Okanagan lifestyle. Craig’s wife Sherry and their three children, twins Amy and Aidan and youngest daughter Ginger, live on a small farm in the beautiful Coldstream Valley. With the girls being very active equestrians, they have plenty of horses around, as well as, chickens, pigs and turkeys to keep everyone busy. Craig is also very active in the community; after putting his 18-year NHL, scouting career on hold, he can still be found in the rinks all winter but now, playing recreational hockey, helping coach both his daughters in ringette, as well as, coaching the “Scorehawks” Special Hockey program. Craig also volunteered as the Venue Manager, for the BC Special Olympics, Winter Games hosted by Vernon in 2019.
