Parking: 10 vehicle spaces for staff; up to 10 spaces for trailers. Truck parking is available in conjunction with the lease and such fees to be discussed based on tenants specific requirement. Lease rates: $2,000 per month plus Triple Net of $278 per month. Triple Net includes utilities, Internet (Fibre Optic 300 MB), snowplowing.
